- Decorations for Hospitality Room and dinner/dance area.
- Catering for Dinner Saturday night.
- DJ for dance Saturday after Dinner.
- Breakfast Sunday Morning.
- Registration hand-outs, info sheets
- Identification tags (with pictures if available)
